Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and through cold calling to generate interest in real estate properties.

Inbound Call Management:

Answer incoming calls from prospective clients, providing information about properties, and addressing their queries effectively.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule property viewings and meetings between potential clients and real estate agents.

Client Follow-up:

Regularly follow up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.

Database Management:

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed information on all interactions with clients.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary background information.
