Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain the features and benefits of products/services clearly and persuasively. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Follow up on leads, handle objections, and build strong customer relationships. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred, but freshers can also apply. Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language]. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
