Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to
encourage plan upgrades
through the mobile app.
Onboard and collaborate
with business owners and influencers by explaining the benefits of the platform.
Conduct regular
follow-ups
to maintain engagement and build strong relationships.
Maintain accurate call records
, lead data, and progress updates in the CRM system.
Work towards
achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets
set by the team.
Provide information about app features, offers, and plans clearly and confidently.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms.
Ability to build rapport over the phone.
Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude.
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus.
