We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive who can communicate effectively with customers over the phone, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support sales or customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
Generate and qualify leads
Follow up with customers to close sales or schedule appointments
Maintain accurate call records and customer data
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
Handle customer objections politely and confidently
Coordinate with sales and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Preferred Skills
Prior telecalling or call center experience
Sales or customer service background
Knowledge of CRM software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
