Job Description

makes outbound calls to potential customers to sell products/services, generates leads, handles inbound calls for inquiries/complaints, updates customer databases (CRM), and aims to meet sales targets by explaining features, persuading customers, and ensuring satisfaction, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills

Outbound Calling:

Contacting prospects to introduce products/services, generate interest, and close sales or book appointments.

Inbound Call Handling:

Addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and providing support.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

Identifying potential customers and following up to convert them into clients.

Data Management:

Accurately recording customer interactions and updating CRM systems.

Sales & Targets:

Meeting daily/weekly targets, explaining pricing, and persuading customers.

Customer Service:

Resolving complaints professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills in required languages (English/regional).

Sales Acumen:

Persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge, proficiency with CRM software.

Personal Attributes:

Ability to work under pressure, handle rejection, and maintain a customer-first attitude.
