Make outbound calls to potential candidates, introducing job opportunities and screening profiles as per HR guidelines.
Conduct first-round candidate screenings based on pre-defined questions; filter and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
Maintain and update a daily Excel tracker of all candidate details, screening status, follow-ups, and interview schedules.
Coordinate with shortlisted candidates regarding next steps, inform them of demo topics, and take a timeline for next interview/demo submission.
Communicate professionally and clearly with candidates, providing accurate role and process information.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the school's HR team for improving recruitment processes and suggesting enhancements based on feedback.
Handle candidate queries and resolve screening-related issues as required.
Uphold our standards for data privacy and confidentiality in all candidate interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Prior experience in telecalling or HR recruitment preferred.
Well-versed in basic computer usage, MS Excel, and data entry.
Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and manage high-volume calling.
Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
Professional conduct, courteous demeanor, and positive attitude.
Willingness to work as part of a dynamic HR team.
