Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Telecalling Executive who enjoys interacting with people and converting conversations into sales opportunities.
If you love talking, convincing, and helping customers choose the right wellness & beauty care solutions, this role is perfect for you!

Calling & Customer Interaction

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally. Explain Ayurvedic Sutra's wellness & beauty care products, offers, and benefits clearly and confidently. Educate customers about natural ingredients, usage, and benefits.
Sales & Lead Conversion

Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Follow up with interested customers to close orders. Achieve daily and monthly calling, sales, and conversion targets. Upsell and cross-sell wellness and beauty care products where applicable.
Customer Relationship Management

Build strong and long-term relationships with customers. Address basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat purchases. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
Reporting & Coordination

Update daily call reports and customer details in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and support teams for smooth order processing. Share customer feedback to help improve products, services, and campaigns.
Skills & Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English (mandatory). Pleasant personality with strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to explain products clearly and handle objections politely. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus (training provided). Interest in Ayurveda, wellness, beauty care, skincare, or health products is a big advantage. Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
