We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecalling Executive to join our aviation team. You will be the first point of contact for [Prospective Students / Travel Partners / Private Jet Clients] and play a key role in driving our growth.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Reach out to leads to promote aviation courses, ticketing services, or charter memberships.
Query Management: Answer questions regarding flight schedules, admission processes, or service packages.
Lead Qualification: Filter high-potential leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database.
What We're Looking For
Clear Speech: Ability to speak fluently and professionally in [Language].
Customer-First Mindset: Patient, polite, and helpful over the phone.
Sales Instinct: Comfortable working toward daily targets and closing leads.
Aviation Interest: Prior knowledge of the airline industry is a plus but not mandatory.
