Telecaller
to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, provide customer support, and assist in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services/products.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM/database.
Follow communication scripts and maintain professionalism during calls.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
