Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain SDS HOMZ construction & interior services.
Handle incoming inquiries from WhatsApp, calls, and website leads.
Follow up with warm leads and convert them into appointments for the sales team.
Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and follow-up schedules in Google Sheets/CRM.
Ensure excellent customer handling with a polite and professional tone.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Female candidate only
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales calling (preferred)
Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
