Main Work:
Make inbound and outbound calls to customers
Explain company services in a clear and friendly manner
Answer customer queries and provide correct information
Maintain call logs and update customer details
Follow up with interested customers
Help the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi/English
Basic computer knowledge
Confidence while talking to customers
Ability to handle calls throughout the day
Experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage
