Tele Calling Executive

Job Description

Make outbound sales calls to potential or existing customers. Present and promote products/services clearly and convincingly. Generate qualified leads and set up appointments for field sales or senior executives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads in the CRM. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide relevant product/service information. Collect and update customer data accurately. Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:



Education:

Graduation preferred.

Experience:

2-3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may apply).

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in [insert languages: e.g., English, Hindi] Good listening and interpersonal skills Confident, polite, and persuasive tone Basic knowledge of sales principles MS Office

Prior experience in outbound calling or inside sales Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated Target-driven and self-motivated Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
