Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven

Telecaller

who will be responsible for generating

quality leads

through proactive calling, follow-ups, and conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, patient handling abilities, and a persuasive approach to build trust and encourage clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to potential clients from provided databases, inquiries, and leads.

Explain services

(cosmetic surgeries, non-surgical aesthetic treatments, skin & hair procedures) in a professional and empathetic manner. Generate

qualified leads

and ensure minimum 60-80 calls per day.

Follow up

consistently with prospects to nurture interest and encourage booking appointments. Maintain and update client interaction records in CRM/lead sheet. Work closely with the marketing and front-desk team to align on lead flow and conversion strategies. Handle patient queries with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Requirements

Proven experience as a telecaller / telesales / BPO / healthcare call centre executive (experience in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry preferred). Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

(polite, clear, and persuasive). Strong ability to

convince and counsel

prospective patients. Target-oriented with a focus on

lead generation and conversion

. Basic knowledge of cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or beauty industry will be an added advantage. Computer literacy (MS Office / CRM tools).

Pay: ₹9,861.87 - ₹29,982.95 per month
