The Telecaller will be responsible for:
Making outbound/inbound calls to potential clients/customers.
Presenting and promoting our products/services.
Handling customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting calls to generate leads or provide support.
Following up on potential leads and converting them into customers.
Documenting call details and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
