Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Hindi-speaking regions to promote and sell our services. Understand customer requirements and provide detailed product information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

:

Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Prior experience in tele calling or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Basic computer knowledge to manage CRM and other tools.

Working Hours

:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday: Fixed weekly off
