A Telecalling Health Insurance Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to promote, explain, and sell health insurance plans over the phone. The role also includes understanding customer needs, providing policy information, and maintaining customer relationships.
1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote health insurance plans.
Follow up on leads provided by the company.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable health insurance products.
Persuade customers to purchase health insurance plans.
Handle objections and provide solutions to convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain good communication and trust with customers.
Provide after-sales support regarding policy documents and premium payments.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
