We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Counselor

to guide students and parents about various educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, be target-oriented, and proactive in achieving results.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about various educational programs and courses. Clarify doubts and provide accurate information to prospective students. Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling and timely follow-ups. Contact leads and provide program information to generate walk-ins. Manage fee structures and related student queries. Generate references from existing students. Follow up with inquiries and convert them into admissions. Take initiative, be proactive, and work towards achieving targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Active, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹21,232.00 - ₹24,456.00 per month
