Job Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers
Explain company products and services clearly
Generate leads and take regular follow-ups
Handle customer queries and provide basic information
Maintain call data and records in Excel or CRM
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Share qualified leads with the sales team
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
Confident and polite calling skills
Customer handling and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
Target-oriented mindset
Qualification
12th Pass / Any Graduate
Salary
As per company norms plus incentives
