Job Description

A Telecalling Executive's job involves making outbound calls to potential customers to sell products/services, handling inbound calls for inquiries/complaints, explaining features, generating leads, updating CRM databases, and meeting sales targets, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Contacting prospects to pitch products, explain benefits, and schedule appointments or sales.

Inbound Call Handling:

Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Following up on leads and converting prospects into customers.

Database Management:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems.

Sales Targets:

Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and contributing to team performance.

Customer Relationship:

Building and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction.

Reporting:

Recording call details, sales, and customer feedback for relevant teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
