Job Description

We require an energetic and confident Tele Caller with the responsibility of handling both outbound and incoming calls in an effort to introduce the callers to the services of the company and the role of generating leads in the process.

Responsibilities

Make calls to potential or existing clients

Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

Describe corporate services/packages/offers explicitly because

Develop and cultivate leads

Record calls and save information about the client

Coordinate with Sales and Operations team regarding conversions

Follow-up on clients regarding payments, documents, or confirmations

Deal with basic customer queries and complaints

Attain daily/weekly calling and lead goals

Skills & Requirements

Having good communication skills in English and Hindi

Amicable Personality and Persuasive Skills

Awareness of basic computer operations (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)

Working ability under targets and pressure

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate preferred

Work Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Freshers

Desired Industry Experience

Travel, Tourism, Sales, Service Industry (Preferred, but Not Mandatory)
