Job Responsibilities:

Handle

offline inquiries

received through walk-ins, references, brochures, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. Make

outbound calls

to potential customers to explain nutraceutical products and company offerings. Provide accurate information regarding

product benefits, usage, pricing, and availability

. Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into orders or appointments. Maintain and update

customer inquiry records

in Excel/CRM. Coordinate with the

sales and dispatch team

for order processing. Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner. Achieve daily and monthly

call and conversion targets

. Ensure proper follow-up and closure of all assigned inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
