Key Responsibilities Tele calling & Lead Management
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company services and WhatsApp automation solutions
Follow up on inquiries and maintain lead records
Schedule demos or pass qualified leads to the sales team
Customer Communication
Answer customer questions clearly and politely
Maintain a positive and professional tone on calls
Build rapport and trust with customers
Reporting & Coordination
Update daily call reports and lead status
Coordinate with the sales and support teams
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Graduate or pursuing graduation
Good English communication skills
Comfortable speaking on calls
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work from the office in Vesu, Surat
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telesales, or Customer Executive
Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools
Experience in sales, customer service, or follow-ups
