Tele Calling Executive (Female Only)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers using

assigned leads/data

for General Insurance products.

Understand customer requirements

and explain suitable General Insurance policies.

Share insurance quotations

with customers via call/WhatsApp/email. Perform

regular follow-ups

to convert leads into successful policy closures. Fix appointments or coordinate with the MIC Centre team when required. Maintain proper call records, follow-up status, and daily reporting.

General Insurance / Financial Services

will be an added advantage Good verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi / English (local language preferred)
