Pitambra Film & Production LLP is a growing name in the entertainment and production industry, engaged in film-making, casting, promotions, event management, and media-related services. We are looking for a proactive, confident, and communicative Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients, artists, agencies, and leads provided by the company.
Provide information about company services, upcoming projects, auditions, and events.
Maintain client databases and update call records regularly.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
Schedule meetings, auditions, or appointments as required.
Follow communication scripts and project guidelines provided by the company.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Share feedback on market trends and client responses with the team.
Skills Required
Strong verbal communication in
Hindi and Guajarati
.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary: ₹12000 to ?25000 per month + incentives.
