About the Role

Handle outbound & inbound calls Explain company services clearly Maintain follow-ups and support the sales team Convert leads through strong communication & persuasion
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers Explain products/services professionally Maintain follow-up calls & build customer relationships Update customer details in CRM/Excel Handle inbound queries and provide solutions Achieve daily/weekly call & conversion targets Coordinate with sales/operations when required
Required Skills

Strong verbal communication in Gujarati / Hindi / English Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM entry) Ability to work under pressure Good listening, negotiation & convincing skills
Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (at least 12th Pass required) Minimum 6 months experience in Telecalling/Sales Prior customer support experience is a plus
