Key Responsibilities:
Making 50-60 outbound calls per day to prospective clients/customers.
Explain products/services of the company clearly and effectively.
Maintaining call logs and update customer information in the system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the team.
Provide accurate information to the clients and resolve basic queries.
Requirements:
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Gujarati
is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and tracking.
Prior experience in tele calling is a plus.
