We're looking for a driven and confident Telecalling Executive to help grow Reach Assuree's presence among insurance agents and financial advisers. Your role is to generate interest, explain our software benefits, and schedule demos or follow-ups with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance agents and financial consultants.
Introduce Reach Assuree's insurance & investment data management software.
Understand customer needs and explain product features clearly.
Generate leads and maintain follow-up until conversion or closure.
Record and update call details, lead status, and feedback in the system.
Share product demos, plans, and marketing information with prospects.
Support the marketing team in campaigns and outreach activities.
Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach in every call.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing ability (Hindi/Gujarati preferred).
Basic understanding of insurance sector processes is a plus.
Confidence in handling outbound calls and follow-ups.
Good listening skills and ability to build quick rapport.
Ability to work with CRM or lead management tools.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
