Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan reminders, EMI follow-up, and payment confirmation. Provide product information related to auto finance and resolve customer queries. Maintain daily call logs and update records in the system. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Ability to handle customer queries politely and confidently. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Pleasant voice and good listening skills.
