Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and explain products/services.
Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to products, services, or complaints.
Maintain a database of customer information, follow up on leads, and ensure proper documentation.
Schedule appointments for field sales executives and coordinate follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Record feedback and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Work closely with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Polite, confident, and persuasive personality.
