Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel).
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Record customer feedback and report to the team leader/manager.
Assist in promotional activities and campaigns as required.
Skills & Requirements:
1-2 years of telecalling / telesales / customer support experience.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as per need].
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
