Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented

Telecalling Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing product/service information, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources. Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM systems. Handle inbound queries and resolve customer questions effectively. Schedule meetings or appointments for field sales teams when required. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and communicate clearly and persuasively. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

Requirements:



12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in telecalling. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Polite, confident, and able to handle rejections positively. Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
