Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given database.
Explain the company's share market and life insurance products clearly.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update the call database and daily call records.
Follow up with interested clients and answer their queries.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets set by the company.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (Basic English is a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Basic knowledge of financial services or willingness to learn.
