Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Understand client requirements and provide initial information about our services.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Support marketing campaigns by engaging with prospective clients over calls and emails.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (India & Dubai).
Background in
IT Infrastructure or Cybersecurity
(mandatory).
Telecalling / Inside Sales / Business Development experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage confidently with decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
