We are looking for a Telecaller who can communicate effectively with potential customers, understand their business type (wholesale/retail/manufacturer/supplier), and share company brochures/catalogues via WhatsApp. The candidate should maintain accurate records and follow-up efficiently.

1)Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company's products/services.

2)Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.

3)Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

4)Save customer contact details after every call.

5)Send company brochures and product catalogues via WhatsApp.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Good verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and call recording Confident, polite, and persuasive in communication Ability to take accurate notes and follow instructions
