Job Title: Part-Time Telecaller/Lead-Based Telecalling
Reports to: Team Lead/Manager
Job Summary:
We're looking for a part-time Telecaller to join our team! As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. If you're a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers via phone to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, and pass them on to the sales team.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Data Entry: Update lead information and call outcomes in our CRM system.
- Meet Targets: Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Telecalling Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation is an advantage.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand our products/services.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work part-time and adapt to changing priorities.
