Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The Telecaller will reach out to prospects and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and support sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and politely.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales/support team for smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications
12th Pass / Any Graduate
? Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
? Confident voice with good phone etiquette
? Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM)
? Ability to handle objections and persuade customers
? Prior telecalling / sales experience is a plus
