Job description : We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will reach potential students, promote our products/services, and assist with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to potential and existing Students. ? Provide information about services and answer queries.

? Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.

? Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

? Achieve individual and team targets. Qualifications:

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus.

? Ability to work independently and in a team.

? Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
