Job description : We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will reach potential students, promote our products/services, and assist with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to potential and existing Students.
Provide information about services and answer queries.


Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.


Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.


Achieve individual and team targets. Qualifications:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus.


Ability to work independently and in a team.


Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
