Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
4. Data Management
Maintain and update customer records in CRM or databases.
Track call details, conversation outcomes, and follow-up actions.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
5. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with sales teams, field executives, or internal departments.
Share customer feedback and insights with management.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
