Job Description

Tele calling Executive - Roles & Responsibilities1. Customer Interaction - FRESHER



Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

2. Lead Generation & Sales



Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions. Convert leads into sales by explaining benefits, pricing, and offers. Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversion.

3. Customer Support



Resolve customer issues, complaints, or service-related concerns. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

4. Data Management



Maintain and update customer records in CRM or databases. Track call details, conversation outcomes, and follow-up actions. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

5. Communication & Coordination



Coordinate with sales teams, field executives, or internal departments. Share customer feedback and insights with management. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

6. Professional Conduct



Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards. Maintain confidentiality of customer data. Ensure polite, empathetic, and customer-friendly communication at all times.
