Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (HR/Recruitment Heads, Hiring Managers).
Present company services and explain benefits clearly.
Generate appointments and leads for Business Development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
Follow up with interested prospects and support in client onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Tele-calling / Lead Generation / Inside Sales (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services).
Excellent verbal communication & persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into opportunities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and internet research.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/HR preferred).
Salary:
Fixed + Incentives (based on lead conversion).
