Job Description

Wings Global Immigration is hiring a Telecaller Executive with experience in calling, client handling, and basic knowledge of visa services. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, explaining our services, and coordinating with the visa processing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls from leads and walk-in inquiries Explain immigration and tourist visa services to clients Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments Maintain accurate records of calls and client details Coordinate with counsellors and visa processing staff Achieve daily and monthly calling targets Ensure professional and polite communication at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience as a telecaller or customer support executive preferred Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English Ability to handle client queries confidently Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office) Target-driven and customer-focused attitude
