Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

:Make outbound calls to introduce products/services and inbound calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Lead Generation

:Identify and qualify leads from various sources, conduct follow-ups, and book appointments for the sales team.

Sales & Persuasion

:Promote products and services, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or sign up for services.

Customer Service

:Provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping

:Accurately document all customer interactions, update the CRM system, and maintain customer databases.

Reporting

:Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, leads, and customer feedback.

Collaboration

:Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication

: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of the local language.

Education
