Job Description

We are seeking for a Tele caller with or without experience in sales activities. She should have very good sales acumen and should be polite to the customers. She should understand our policies and adhere to the procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Capable of generating leads and getting business from customers.
2. B2B and B2C business calling (Tamil Nadu)
3. Payment Collection and Settlement
4. Should possess excellent communication skills (English & Tamil). Hindi and other South Indian Languages are a definite advantage.
5. Confident and well dressed
6. Should have a flair for sales
7. Willing to work independently and do market research
8. Handle Customer Complaints and Resolve it
9. Good Team Player

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should be a graduate
2. Should have flair for sales and marketing
3. Sales Experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
