We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records by updating details in the CRM/database. Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and convincingly. Generate leads, set up appointments, and follow up with prospective clients. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to seniors. Maintain call logs, reports, and feedback for management. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
