We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Telecalling Executive
to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents and students, providing detailed information about our school, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound admission inquiries.
Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process clearly and effectively.
Maintain a database of prospective leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
Coordinate with the admission and marketing team to achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain call logs, reports, and communication records accurately.
Provide an excellent customer experience to parents and guardians during the admission process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a
Telecaller / Telemarketing / Customer Service Executive
(preferably in education or admissions).
Must be
fluent in English
with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or school ERP preferred).
Confident, well-mannered, and target-oriented personality.
