Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion

Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms. Present product/service offerings clearly and persuasively. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and meet monthly targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with prospects and maintain long-term customer relationships. Handle objections professionally and provide solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and after-sales support.

Sales Process Execution

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems. Share daily/weekly reports with management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales strategies.

Market Feedback & Insights

Gather customer feedback and share insights with management. Identify new opportunities and suggest improvements in sales pitches.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
