Position: Tele caller (Female)

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Job Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services. Explain company offerings clearly and confidently over the phone. Handle customer inquiries with patience, politeness, and professionalism. Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions and update CRM/database regularly. Follow up on leads, track responses, and support the conversion process. Work closely with the sales and operations departments to ensure smooth communication. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to achieving team goals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only. Basic English-speaking skills are sufficient. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident, disciplined, and positive attitude towards work. Ability to handle calls efficiently and manage time well. Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, BPO, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Professional behaviour and punctuality.
