: Telecalling Executive - Skill Development (DDU-GKK)
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential candidates and their families.
Explain program benefits (free training, boarding, certification, placement).
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain candidate database with updated records of calls and responses.
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure enrollment and participation.
Coordinate with field mobilization team for conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Support mobilization activities (campaigns, event follow-ups, reference calling).
Skills Required
Strong communication in
local language(s)
& Hindi (English is an advantage).
Persuasive speaking and convincing ability.
Patience, empathy, and ability to build rapport with rural youth/families.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
Target-driven with positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum:
10+2 (Graduate preferred)

6 months to 1 year
of telecalling/customer service/student counselling experience.
Preference for candidates with
skill development project experience (DDU-KK)
Compensation
As per industry standards/project norms.
