Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who can handle cold calling, generate walk-ins.If possible then counsel students to convert enquiries into admissions. The candidate must be target driven, confident in counselling, and capable of handling student and parent queries professionally. Prior experience in education or training institute telecalling is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to generate walk-in enquiries
Handle inbound enquiry calls and follow ups
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and fees
Convert walk-ins into admissions through effective counselling
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records
Coordinate with center team to schedule counselling sessions
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets
Send follow-up messages through WhatsApp and calls
Maintain proper communication and professional conduct

Skills Required:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and close admissions
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
Target oriented and result driven approach
Basic computer knowledge including Excel and WhatsApp

Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling, telecalling, or counselling
Experience in education, coaching institute, or service industry preferred

Education:
Minimum HSC. Graduate preferred

Working Hours:
Full time, 6 days a week

Salary:
Fixed salary with performance based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
