We are hiring Telecallers for our finance company. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them with the loan application process. Freshers are welcome as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
Explain loan details such as eligibility, interest rates, and process
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain daily call and lead records
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Confident and positive attitude
Basic mobile/computer knowledge

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Office-based (Delhi)
