Telecaller Executive
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Salary: ₹30,000 - ?40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients and filter qualified leads.
Understand candidates' backgrounds, interests, and eligibility to assess lead potential.
Arrange counseling calls and demos for Senior Counsellors.
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, Kraya, and other internal tools.
Ensure every inquiry is logged with complete details, notes, and status updates.
Source fresh data from Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Search, website forms, offline events, and referral channels.
Track follow-ups, maintain calling sheets, and ensure timely communication.
Support counsellors with lead insights, call history, and behavior patterns.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Maintain a consistent, positive, and professional communication tone representing our aviation brand.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Ensure a smooth lead journey from first contact to counseling stage.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Odoo, Kraya preferred).
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage high inquiry volumes.
Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects confidently.
Previous experience in Ed-Tech, Aviation, Counseling, or Sales Calling is advantageous.
Strong data-entry accuracy and structured workflow habits.
